Description
A complex wine rich in nuances, where the sweet pastry notes stand out (briox, yeast and anise) on a background of candied fruit (orellana, chore), spice (vanilla, nutmeg) and roasted nut (hazelnut).
On the palate, it has a broad and silky entry, A structured and dense wine that fills the mouth with its presence. The good freshness balances the whole, enlivening the taste buds and creating a persistent, long-lasting wine that leaves no one indifferent.
Pairing
An excellent companion for rice and pasta dishes. Perfectly pairs with all types of fish and white meats. An ideal partner for aged cheeses.

Harvest: Hand-picked, September 2021 (grenache)
Winemaking
Pre-maceration for 8 hours at 15ºC.
Cold fermentation and maceration (maximum 16ºC) and aging in bota.
Aging: Four months in French oak barrels
