Description
An aromatically intense and complex wine. Highlights include notes of red fruit, of citrus pulp (orange, tangerine). Refreshing and fresh aromas of licorice and menthol over a floral background. On a second sniff, hints of nuts , carob and cinnamon appear.
On the palate, it has a silky entry. The wine shows balanced freshness with creaminess and roundness. A medium-structured wine with mature, sweet tannins.
Pairing
Perfectly accompanies fatty cheeses. Perfectly pairs with all types of red meats and roasts.
